Tea Chest (1-ply) — 62 × 44 × 41cm
The everyday moving workhorse. Single-ply corrugated cardboard construction makes this the go-to box for general household items — clothes, kitchenware, soft goods, and moderate-weight contents. The most cost-effective option when you need a large quantity of boxes for a move.
Tea Chest (2-ply) — 62 × 44 × 41cm
Same dimensions as the 1-ply version but with double-ply corrugated walls for extra strength and rigidity. Ideal for heavier household contents, fragile items that need more sidewall protection, or when boxes will be stacked high in a storage unit. The upgrade worth making for longer-term storage.
Book Box (2-ply) — 41 × 31 × 35cm
Deliberately compact with strong double-ply walls. Books, files, and documents are heavy — this smaller format keeps each box manageable to carry without straining your back. Also great for tools, pantry tins, bottles, and anything dense or breakable that benefits from a smaller, sturdier container.
Port-a-robe (2-ply) — 60 × 49 × 112cm
The tallest box in our range, complete with a built-in metal hanging rail. Your clothes stay on their hangers throughout the entire move — no folding, no creasing, no ironing at the other end. Particularly valuable for suits, dresses, delicate fabrics, and anything you’d normally dry-clean. One of our most popular boxes for house moves.
“THE BIG BOX” (2-ply) — 80 × 51 × 63cm
Our largest box, built specifically for bulky but lightweight items. Fill it with pillows, doonas, blankets, cushions, soft toys, and bedding — anything that takes up a lot of space but doesn’t weigh much. Double-ply construction keeps it rigid and stackable even when fully packed. Don’t overload it with heavy items — the size is designed for volume, not weight.
Linen Carton (2-ply) — 96 × 48 × 28cm
A long, flat double-ply carton designed for linen, curtains, tablecloths, and flat soft goods. The low-profile shape is also excellent for lampshades, blinds, large flat artwork, and items that don’t stack well in a standard box. Slides easily under beds and into gaps during loading — useful for maximising every square metre of truck or storage space.
Archive Box (Small) — 40 × 31 × 26cm
Features an integrated corrugated cardboard lid for a clean, professional finish. Designed for document storage, files, folders, and records. Stackable and dimensionally consistent — perfect for office relocations or long-term document archiving in a self storage unit. The integrated lid means no separate lid to lose track of.
Wine Carton — 49 × 33 × 18cm
Includes a wine insert that individually cushions each of the 12 bottles, preventing contact and breakage during transport. A must-have if you’re moving a wine collection or storing bottles in self storage. Compact and stackable — a full carton of 12 standard bottles weighs around 15kg, so this size keeps it manageable.
Picture Carton — 104 × 78 × 7.5cm
A wide, flat corrugated carton purpose-built for framed pictures, mirrors, canvases, and artwork. The 7.5cm depth fits standard frame sizes perfectly with room for padding. We recommend wrapping the frame in bubble wrap before placing it in the carton for full protection. Also useful for glass tabletops, bathroom mirrors, and flat-packed furniture components.
1-ply vs 2-ply — Which Should You Choose?
1-ply (single wall) corrugated cardboard is lighter and more economical. It’s suitable for lighter items, short-duration moves, and contents that don’t require heavy protection.
2-ply (double wall) has two layers of corrugated fluting, making the box significantly stronger, more resistant to crushing, and better at protecting fragile contents. Choose 2-ply when stacking boxes in storage, moving heavy items, or when boxes may sit in storage for an extended period.
