CCTV Surveillance — Upgraded
Over 20 HD cameras upgraded in the past 12 months. Cameras cover all perimeter fencing, entry and exit gates, unit rows, loading areas, and surrounds. Footage is recorded continuously, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Motion-triggered alerts flag any unauthorised access immediately.
Electronic Gate Access — New Software
Our gate access system has been recently upgraded with new software. Every customer receives a personalised PIN code. The system logs every entry and exit — who accessed the facility, at what time, and for how long. Only authorised customers and staff can enter.
Perimeter Fencing
The entire facility is enclosed by secure perimeter fencing. There is no casual walk-in access. All entry and exit points are controlled electronically, ensuring the facility is secured at all times — day or night.
24/7 Monitoring
Our surveillance system operates around the clock — not just during business hours. Continuous recording with motion-triggered alerts means any unusual activity is detected and responded to immediately, giving you complete peace of mind.
On-Site Team — 7 Days
Our team is physically present at the facility every day of the week. That means any concern is addressed by a real person, immediately. We also provide a personal unit orientation for every new customer, so you know exactly how to access your space safely.
Lighting & Fire Safety
Most storage units and all common areas are well lit for safe, easy access at any time. Proper fire safety measures are in place throughout the facility to protect against accidents and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
