From the first moment I went into the Rozelle depot the staff were friendly and helpful. They organized for a quote and all went well. On Friday I had trouble with the removalists that I booked and when I rang the office to say that I would be late, the young fellow Max, could not have been more accommodating. He was prepared to wait after hours which was a great relief to me.
Not only did he wait, he was courteous and patient with the removalist and myself. He could not have been more helpful and attentive. We often hear when things go wrong, but I wanted to let you know that the staff I have encountered there, in particular Max, are a positive asset to your company.
