Introducing Big Box

Big Box Self Storage was founded by Millers Management Group* in May 2005. Big Box Self Storage is the retail Brand under which Millers Management Group will develop, own, operate and manage Self Storage for personal, business and leisure storage.

Our focus is to manage our properties using high levels of customer service, sales skill and training to ensure our customers feel comfortable and confident when making the decision to store with Big Box Self Storage.

The Management Team

The Team at Big Box also has a breadth of experience that is unique in the industry.

Angus Miller is Managing Director of Big Box Self Storage. Previously he worked for Millers Self Storage for 8 years, the last 4 of which he was Managing Director and has extensive experience in development and the operations of Self Storage businesses.

Joe Doyle is General Manager of Big Box Self Storage and has over 12 years’ hands on experience in the management of self storage facilities. Joe held the role of National Training Manager at Millers Self Storage and has extensive experience in operations and the training and development of self storage managers. Joe was also instrumental in developing and refining Millers Self Storage operating systems.
