Introducing Millers Management Group

Millers Management Group (MMG) was founded in May 2005 by Angus Miller and Joe Doyle following the successful sale of Millers Self Storage. We should point out that we are not Millers Self Storage and are no longer associated with that group of companies. We were however an integral part of the team that made Millers Self Storage a leader in the Self Storage Industry.

We believe that a great opportunity exists to share with our customers the management insight, skill and operational management experience that we have collectively built up over the 18 years we have been involved with the self storage industry through our brand Big Box Self Storage.

Our aim is to provide management solutions to existing owners of self storage facilities and to new entrants to the self storage industry who are looking for high quality, personalised operational management with a focus on reputation, customer services and sales quality.

Angus Miller is Managing Director of Millers Management Group. Previously he worked for Millers Self Storage for 8 years, the last 4 of which he was Managing Director and has extensive experience in development and the operations of Self Storage businesses.

Joe Doyle is General Manager of Millers Management Group and has over 12 years’ hands on experience in the management of self storage facilities. Joe held the role of National Training Manager at Millers Self Storage and has extensive experience in operations and the training and development of self storage managers. Joe was also instrumental in developing and refining Millers Self Storage operating systems.
